MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
 

This Agreement

b.) The internet user who is a member of the www.giesto.com.tr website and resides at the address specified by him/her on the membership page will henceforth be abbreviated as Member in the contract.

 

This Agreement regulates the member's ability to benefit from the www.giesto.com.tr website and the services offered by GIESTO in return for the specified conditions and fees, products offered for sale, and member-specific privileges.

 

3.one Nothing that is not expressly promised in this agreement can be interpreted as being against GIESTO. Unless otherwise stated by GIESTO in writing, GIESTO shall have the right to charge the fees announced on the site for the products and services included on the site.

 

3.2 This membership agreement does not impose any financial commitment or obligation on the Member. The member will only be obliged to pay the prices of the products and services he will order from the www.giesto.com.tr website and other related fees. No additional fee will be charged for membership.

 

3.3 The member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provides while becoming a member of the www.giesto.com.tr website is correct before the law, and that GIESTO will compensate all damages incurred due to the untruth of this information.

 

3.4 The member cannot give the password given to him/her when signing up to the www.giesto.com.tr website to any other person or organization, and the member has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, GIESTO reserves the right to claim all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use, against all liability that may arise and against all claims and demands that may be made against GIESTO by third parties or competent authorities.

 

3.5 The member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while benefiting from the members-only services available on the www.giesto.com.tr website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.

 

3.6. The Member cannot use the www.giesto.com.tr website and portal services in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs or harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, or violates the intellectual and copyright rights of others.It cannot be made available to individuals or subjected to commercial activities such as renting or offering for sale. In addition, any activity that prevents or makes it difficult for members to use the services, such as spam, viruses, trojan horses, etc. and cannot perform transactions.

 

3.7. www.giesto.com.tr The ideas and thoughts declared, written and used by the members on the website are entirely the members' own personal opinions and are binding on the owner of the opinion. These views and opinions have no relevance or connection with GIESTO. GIESTOin has no liability for any damages that may be incurred by third parties due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member, and for damages that may arise from the acts and actions of third parties that the Customer may suffer during the use of the services.

 

3.8. GIESTO will not be responsible for unauthorized reading of member data or any damage that may occur to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from GIESTO for any damage he may incur due to the use of the www.giesto.com.tr website and portal services.

 

3.9 The member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member.

 

3.10. A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement will be personally and criminally and legally responsible for this violation, and will keep GIESTO free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition, due to this violation, if the incident is referred to the legal field, GIESTOin reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

 

3.11th. GIESTOin always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The member accepts this savings in advance. In this case, GIESTOin has no liability.

 

3.12. GIESTO does not guarantee or undertake the accuracy, completeness, adequacy and up-to-dateness of any information on the www.giesto.com.tr website under any circumstances. The user cannot in any way claim that the information on the website and/or portal services is incorrect or that he has suffered damage based on this information. GIESTO may change, correct and/or remove the information and/or portal services in question at any time without the need for any prior notice and/or warning. 3.16. The name and Internet Protocol IP address of the Internet service provider used by GIESTO www.giesto.com.tr to improve and develop the website and/or to access the site within the framework of legal legislation, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed while on the site and the website that allows direct connection to the site. 3.22. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to GIESTO will be taken as the sole and real exclusive evidence in accordance with HUMK Article 287 and that the said records constitute an evidence contract.

 

This agreement comes into force upon declaration of acceptance by the Member. Although GIESTO is deemed to have accepted the contract by presenting it to the member, contracts that have not been approved by the Member cannot be used against GIESTO.

 

This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels his membership or his membership is canceled by GIESTO. GIESTO may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the member's membership if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

 

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes regarding this agreement.

 

The member's registration for membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into mutual force at the time the member becomes a member. It is sufficient that the member approves it electronically, and the member's signature will not be required.
