🔁 Return Process

You can return products you wish to return within 14 days from the order date, provided they are unused and in a resalable condition.

Create your online return request from My Account > Returns section.

Once your request is approved, shipping information and a shipping code will be sent to you via email.

Deliver your package to MNG Cargo free of charge with this shipping code.

Once the product reaches us, your return process will be approved.

Your payment will be reflected in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank.
